How many pictures will we receive?


Each collection of images is carefully selected and collocated to ensure the best and most flattering captures of the day are included in the final compilation of images. We eliminate images that are out of focus or improperly exposed. As a result, the number of images received will vary based on several conditions. However, most couples can expect to receive approximately 40 - 60 images per hour of time in attendance at the event.




Are you available for travel and destination weddings?


In a word - Yes! We love to travel, and all travel fees for destinations within 2 hours of Benicia, CA are included in the price of each collection. For destinations outside this area, we will provide custom quotes for travel costs. However, there is never any additional charge for our accommodations!




Do you edit all the photos?


Each image delivered to you will recevie some form of post process treatment. Depending on the selected collection, each couple will also receive an additional set of professionally edited images. The images are polished to ensure consistency in the look, tone, color, contrast, and feel of the event and each individual couple.




When will we receive the images?


We aim to deliver your images as soon as possible, in the same vein, we also want to make sure we provide adequate time and careful treatment for your images. Most projects are delivered to the couples between 6 - 8 weeks from the date of the event; likely sooner, but definitely not later. For collections that include both photography and cinema options, the delivery time is typically between 8 - 12 weeks.




We love some of the options in other collections, can we customize the options within a collection?


Absolutely! Feel free to add on, take away, or discuss the adjustment of any collection to fit your needs, desires and your wedding budget. We absolutely desire to help any way we can.




Can we make our own prints from the images on the USB?


Yes, all of the images included in your collection are licensed for print production at your leisure. You can also order additional prints through Pom Photo.




We love you guys! How do we book you?


Great! It's simple: 1.) Contact us - You can reach out via our website (www.pomphoto.net), send email, text, or call to reserve your date. 2.) We'll send you our wedding questionnaire and service agreement for you to complete and sign. 3.) Submit the retainer (25% of the total agreement) and you're all set! 4.) Relax and we'll be intouch to take care of everything else related to your photography and videography needs!




Do you add taxes? Do you give discounts?


We do not charge sales tax for any collection offered. We kinda hate taxes, don’t you!? We do offer discounts for early reservations, bundling photography and cinema packages, and preferred referrals. Plus as a member of our client family, you'll receive great benefits for life! What form(s) of payment do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards or Paypal, which can be remitted through our secure online invoicing portal operated by Paypal. We do accept bank / cashier’s checks. Please note that all checks must be made payable to CNM GRAPHICS, and we do charge $125.00 for any returned check fees incurred.
