It's funny how we never get tired of seeing people who love each other have the opportunity to express that love to one another publicly; to make vows and to commit to something that's much bigger than each of them individually. This weekend, we had the privilege to see that very expression of love and commitment between the newly minted, Mr. and Mrs. Travis! Drawing Closer...
The one thing that I love most about being a photographer is seeing how love unites--in some cases two very unique worlds. I had so much fun photographing this awesome couple--he's light-hearted and carefree, she's strong, and thoughtful. Isn't that how love works? It creates a oneness by adding something to the other that draws them together and completes them. We were really lucky because, even though the sun didn't peek out behind the clouds, the fog burned off just enoug


Thought it was April Showers...
So, one of the things we really like during a wedding is a lively wedding party and terrific weather. Once the clouds started forming in the sky on Friday evening, one might have thought, "well 1 out 2 isn't bad." But even with the rain coming down in sheets for the majority of the day, the Big Man upstairs turned off the water-works just in time for Andrea and Tonmar's perfect day.
